LAST month, I told how the "Daily Star" often leads with a psychic story and it’s done it again.

“Haunted by cigar smoking ghost of Jimmy Savile,” said a five-line headline, which was underlined and accompanied by a photo of the disgraced celebrity, who abused multiple people over the years.
On the same page inside, much more interesting were comments from American singer, bass guitarist, songwriter and actor Suzi Quatro.
Journalist Stian Alexander said she believes her home is haunted by three ghosts.
Suzi claims there are “lots of spirits” in her 16th century Elizabethan mansion. Called Hyde Hall, it is in Great Waltham, near Chelmsford, Essex. She purchased the property in 1980.
Stian wrote, “She calls it her ‘sanctuary,’ but shares it with three spooks, who she has to ‘keep happy’.”
One is said to be Sir John Jocelyn, who passed on in 1741. His “ghost rides a horse around the grounds of the estate at midnight.”
Another apparition apparently “terrified” a friend who was staying in one of the mansion’s nine bedrooms.
The paper ended by saying that Suzi “had to give it a ticking off the next day, reminding him that he shouldn’t ‘scare her guests’.”

What the Daily Star failed to mention is that Suzi is naturally psychic and once “shocked” Daily Mail journalist Shona Sibary by claiming to be in touch with her “dead” grandmother during an interview.
Describing the event, the Daily Express said that Suzi closed her eyes and began humming before telling Shona:
“I need to tell you something… Your grandmother wants you to stop being so angry about everything and try to understand that this stage in your life is a learning curve, a clue you must unravel to become a better person.”
Suzi added “That’s not even me speaking. Those aren’t the words I would use…
“Ever since I was a child I’ve just had this sense that I’m connected to the spiritual world…
“I can hear voices – not all the time – but when I’m with certain people it sometimes comes through.”
Shona commented “I don’t know whether to be more shocked at the suggestion that Suzi believes she can communicate with the dead or that my grandmother… appears to have chosen a formerly mullet-haired, leather-clad seventies rock chick to impart wisdom from the Other Side.”
